Assistant Costume Supervisor

The Great Gatsby

Costume design by Emma Grace Eisenmann

Directed by Tina Kronis

The Great Gatsby is a story that needs no introduction. Taking a creative movement based approach to one of the most famous books of all time, this production of Gatsby was a challenge. It was more of an opportunity to work behind the scenes on the practical side of production rather than the creative. Assisting Ashley Snyder as costume supervisors on the last show of the season was a really great but really challenging experience. Including a cast of 20, over a hundred varying costume changes and a very small venue, it was a learning curve that taught me a lot about managing large casts and large amounts of clothing. Being thrown into a large scale production without much warning meant I learned how to think on my feet and adjust to the production quicker.
